摘要:随着中国旅游市场的突飞猛进以及奥运世博效应的推动,中国酒店业快速发展。在快速发展的同时竞争也越来越激烈。因此怎样提升酒店业的核心竞争力成为当下重要的研究课题。人力资源是提升酒店核心竞争力的保证,是酒店竞争制胜的关键因素。绩效评价作为人力资源管理的核心环节已经成为全面提升酒店竞争力的有效工具之一。设计出适合公司的绩效指标是有效运用绩效评价的的保证。 首先,本文阐述了绩效、绩效评价、经济增加值、关键绩效指标、平衡计分卡体系的相关理论,为本文的研究提供了参考依据和理论基础。其次,本文介绍了公司的概况和绩效评价的现状。从指标的战略、多样化、权重、整体指标与部门指标方面指出上海驭驿酒店管理有限公司绩效评价指标中存在问题,并对其进行分析。然后根据上海驭驿酒店管理有限公司实际情况,基于平衡记分卡体系的科学有效的绩效指标体系,从财务维度、客户维度、内部运营维度、学习和成长维度对酒店的绩效指标体系进行再设计。构建科学的绩效评价指标体系不仅可以合理地评价酒店现有经营者的绩效,而且可以公正地保障投资者的合法权益,从而改善公司的经营管理模式,提高管理水平,增强公司的整体竞争力。 关键词 评价指标;绩效评价;平衡记分卡
Abstract:With the rapid development of China's tourism market and the promotion of world expo, the hotel industry of China developed rapidly. The competition become more and more furious at the same time. Nowadays, how to improve the core competitiveness of the grogshop industry is the important research subject. Human resources is the guarantee of enhancing core competitiveness hotel, and is the key factor of winning the competition. as the core part of human resource management, Performance evaluation has become one of the effective tools to promote the competitiveness of the hotel. It is the effective use of performance evaluation to design suitable for the company's performance indicators. First of all, this paper describes the related theory, such as performance, performance evaluation, economic value added, key performance indicators, the balanced scorecard system and so on. They are provides a reference and theoretical basis for the research of this paper. Secondly, this paper introduces the profile and the current performance evaluation situation of the hotel. And then point out issues of the hotel from strategy, diversification, target indicators, the overall and department index, and carries on the analysis. thirdly, according to the actual circumstance of Shanghai Yu yi hotel management co., LTD., design the performance index from the financial dimension, the customer dimension, internal operational dimension, learning and growth dimension, based on the balanced scorecard system. Build scientific performance evaluation index system can not only be reasonable determination of the performance of the existing operators, but it is fair to protect investors legitimate rights and interests, thereby improving the company's management model to improve the management level, and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
