摘 要:本文首先通过学习国内外对于商业模式创新理论在企业核心竞争力研究中的应用，并对其进行概述。再结合新形势下的经济形势，认真研究对于创业企业这一相对特殊企业的核心竞争力,从创业企业核心竞争力的形成、发展等方面入手。然后通过以上铺垫分析核心竞争力在创业企业中的必要性和重要性，拟从核心竞争力构建方法，内容构成，重要意义等方面进行分析。接着通过理论学习、实际研究与案例分析，从商业模式创新视角，重新看待创业企业的核心竞争力这一课题，通过使用资料分析法来对商业模式对于核心竞争力的启示进行定性分析，透过大量案例，研究商业模式创新对于企业核心竞争力的重要意义。期望透过案例看到在新视角下创业企业核心竞争力建设所面临的机遇与挑战，分析在新形势下创业企业核心竞争力的建立与壮大途径。最后得出在商业模式创新视角下，如何进行创业企业核心竞争的建设的启示。
