摘要:在城市竞争力上升以及城市自身发展的过程中,对城市的营销和推广已经成为关注度越来越高的途径之一。重庆市万州区作为重庆的第二大城市、三峡库区的经济中心,也正在提高自己的发展速度,为建成百万人口大城市而奋斗。城市发展需要吸引外部的资源,因此,提高城市知名度是国内外的城市管理者都在做的。提高知名度离不开营销推广,对外宣传。本文通过城市营销当中的市场营销这一方式,系统地整合、策划万州市现有头的经济、政治、文化等诸多方面的资源,力求找到能够和市场经济客观规律相符合的发展路线,并进而树立起万州应有的城市品牌并以此达到提升竞争力、吸引外来资源、推动城市健康发展、满足辖区内国民物质文化需求的目的。 关键字:万州区 城市营销 SWOT分析
ABSTRACT:city marketing as an important method and means to promote the development of the city, improve the competitiveness of the city, is receiving more and more attention. With the rapid development of other city, Chongqing City, Wanzhou District, Chongqing as the second largest city in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area's economic center, are also increasing their pace of development, strive to build one million population city. City development need to attract external resources, therefore, enhance visibility of the city is the city managers are doing. Improve visibility cannot do without the marketing promotion, publicity. This paper mainly uses the method of city marketing marketing, system planning and integration of Wanzhou's political and economic resources, in order to find the development of the green line and follow the law of market economy, through the establishment of the city brand of Wanzhou, Wanzhou City, to improve the city's comprehensive competitiveness, widely to attract social resources available more, to promote benign the development of Wanzhou City, Wanzhou to meet people's material and cultural needs.
