摘  要：在经济全球化的今天，企业的市场竞争环境发生了很大的变化，市场竞争越来越激烈，图书物流行业面临着更大的竞争压力。在这样的情况下，企业想要生存和发展，就需要不断地进行变革以适应环境的变化。企业的传统业务流程设计不合理，束缚了企业的发展，解决这一问题的有效方法就是业务流程再造。本文分析了SJ企业物流业务流程，根据实际存在的问题，提出了相应的的改进的措施，希望有助于同行业的其他企业在业务流程的变革中得到启示及提高企业的竞争力。

ABSTRACT：Nowadays in the economic globalization,the enterprise market competition environment have changed a lot.Market competition is more and more fierce.Books logistics industry face greater competitive pressure.

　　　Under such circumstances,company wants to survive and develop.They need to constantly adapt to the changes in the environment.Traditional enterprise business process design is not reasonable.It bounds the development of the enterprise.The effective way to solve this problem is the business process reengineering.This paper analyses the SJ enterprise logistics business process.According to the practical problems, we put forward the corresponding improvement measures.We hope to contribute to the same industry other enterprise in the business process of the change of enlightenment and enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.
