摘要：鼓浪屿作为国家5A级风景名胜区，其旅游发展迅速的同时也出现了许多环境问题。鼓浪屿旅游景区客容量超负荷现象严重，出现传统风貌被破坏、环境质量恶化、当地居民和游客环境保护意识淡薄等突出问题。如何实现鼓浪屿的保护和开发利用之间的协调发展，也是鼓浪屿目前迫切需要解决的问题。可持续发展是鼓浪屿发展的必然趋势和走向。本文通过分析厦门鼓浪屿在旅游发展中取得的成效以及存在的突出问题，从可持续发展的角度阐述厦门鼓浪屿旅游的发展对策，思考如何保护厦门鼓浪屿的环境和遗产，分析可持续发展对厦门鼓浪屿保护的作用及意义，为鼓浪屿旅游的可持续发展提出参考意见。

Abstract：Gulangyu Island as a national 5A scenic spots, its tourism has developed rapidly, while there have been many environmental problems. Gulangyu scenic spots passenger volume overload is serious, traditional style is damaged, deteriorating environmental quality, local residents and visitors awareness of environmental protection is weak and other outstanding problems. How to achieve coordinated development between the conservation and utilization of Gulangyu Gulangyu is currently an urgent need to solve the problem. Sustainable development is the Gulangyu inevitable trend of development and toward. Xiamen tourism development countermeasures explained from the perspective of sustainable development through the analysis of the Gulangyu achievements in tourism development and the outstanding problems, thinking about how to protect the environment and heritage of the Gulangyu, Xiamen Gulangyu protection analysis of sustainable development role and significance of the sustainable development of tourism in Gulangyu reference.

　　　本文从可持续发展的相关研究成果出发，通过分析厦门鼓浪屿在旅游发展中取得的成效以及存在的突出问题，从可持续发展的角度提出厦门鼓浪屿旅游发展策略，进一步丰富了厦门鼓浪屿旅游的理论研究成果；同时，文中提出的鼓浪屿必须要控制旅游人流量，拟定鼓浪屿景区的核心区和缓冲区，走生态旅游的道路，提高游客和居民的环保意识和实现主客参与管理，健全旅游环保的法律制度和管理制度等策略，对于鼓浪屿的可持续发展具备一定的实践指导意义。希望鼓浪屿自然和文化遗产的旅游发展不再仅仅依赖于资源的过度性、掠夺性开采，相关部门可以采取一系列行之有效的措施，促进鼓浪屿旅游健康、持续发展。
