摘要:关于这次的毕业设计内容主要为重庆城市管理职业学院新校区一教学楼工程投标文件（商务标）的编制。该工程位于重庆市沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城，由重庆大学建筑设计研究院设计，建筑面积为7194.04平方米，层高为23.4米，共六层。该建筑的建设单位为重庆城市管理职业学院，采用人工挖孔桩基础，主体工程为框架结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，工程类别为三类。

　　　该商务标编制依据为：重庆城市管理职业学院新校区一教学楼建筑施工图、结构施工图；国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准；此次毕业设计的流程为：首先熟悉重庆城市管理职业学院新校区一教学楼设计图纸，运用软件为广联达钢筋GGJ2009计算该栋建筑的钢筋量、其次运用广联达图形算量软件GCL2008计算工程量，最后运用广联达计价软件GBQ4.0套取定额，计算工程的总造价为7,405,258.48元。

ABSTRACT:About the graduation design content mainly for new campus of chongqing city management vocational college teaching building engineering the preparation of tender documents (business standard). Town of the project is located in shapingba district in chongqing huxi university, designed by chongqing university architecture design institute, construction area of 7194.04 square meters, the height of 23.4 meters, a total of six layers. The building construction units for chongqing city vocational college management, USES the artificial dig-hole pile foundation, major projects for the frame structure, the security level for the secondary structure, seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, engineering classes for the three categories.
