摘要:采油工程主要的目标是将埋深于地下的原油经济、有效的开采至地面,制定合理的采油工程方案对油田开发方案的决策和经济效益都有着重要的影响。本设计的目的就是针对给定油井的油藏地质条件和流体物性特点制定出经济、合理的采油工程方案。首先对该油藏进行不同含水率的产能预测,然后分别利用常规有杆采油和气举采油等方式对该油井进行生产模拟,最后在综合考虑经济因素、管理水平、产量以及各种采油方式的适应性等基础上,优选出最佳的采油方式,并设计出相应的生产参数。考虑到近年来采油设备工艺技术发展迅速,所以本文在前期充分调研的基础上,在确定采油工程方案时,考虑了新的经济影响因素对方案的影响。本设计的结果对提高19-210井开采效果具有参考价值。 关键词:采油;方案;有杆泵;气举;经济评价
Abstract: The main objective of the production engineering is the depth of underground crude oil economic exploitation to the ground, to develop a reasonable production engineering program decision-making and economic benefits of the oil field development program has an important impact. The purpose of this design is to set oil well reservoir geological conditions and fluid properties characteristic to work out the economic, rational production engineering program. First of different moisture capacity of the reservoir can predict, then, respectively, using conventional sucker rod oil production and gas lift oil and other of the wells production simulation, and finally to adapt to take into consideration economic factors, the level of management, production, and a variety of oil recovery way and so on the basis of the optimized oil production way, design and production parameters. Considering the rapid development in recent years, oil production equipment, process technology, the full investigation on the basic of pre-determining the production engineering programs, find the impact of new economic impact of factors on the program. The result of this design to improve the efficiency of 19-210 well has a reference value. Key words: oil production; rod pumping; economic evaluation |
