摘要:钻井工程中钻井管材、井下工具、井口装置等器材和设备自始至终处于腐蚀的环境中,特别是钻进过程中油气井中的CO2和H2S侵入钻井液对钻具进行腐蚀,钻井液对钻具的腐蚀已成为影响钻井作业成功的一个主要因素,因为更换被腐蚀的钻杆需要高的投资费用,以及腐蚀会导致套管存在潜在的危险。所以开展钻井液性能对钻井工具慢腐蚀特性实验研究,采取有效防腐措施,对保证安全、快速、高水平钻井是必不可少的,并将使油气田的开发获得良好的经济效益。本文通过对大量文献的阅读,了解钻井液对钻井工具具有腐蚀性的因素,钻具的腐蚀机理和一些防腐措施。进行含硫钻井液对钢材腐蚀实验、含硫钻井液的腐蚀疲劳实验和几种除硫剂在不同钻井液中除硫效果分析评价。通过改进钻井液性能,向含硫油气井的钻井液中加入合适的添加剂可以减缓其对钻井工具的腐蚀,延长钻具的寿命。

Abstract:In drilling engineering ,drilling pipe,downhole tools,wellhead equipment etc. equipment are always in a corrosive environment , especially in process of drilling,CO2 and H2S in the oil and gas wells invasive drilling fluid Corrosion on the drill tools,Corrosion of the drilling fluid on drill tools has become a major factor effect in the success of the drilling operations, because replace corroded drill requires a high investment costs, and corrosion can cause the casing to be potentially dangerous. Therefore, to carry out experimental study of the drilling fluid properties to the slow corrosion characteristics of drilling tools, take effective anti-corrosion measures, To guarantee safety,fast, high level of drilling is essential.and will get a good economic benefits in the development of oil and gas fields. This article by reading the extensive literature, understanding the corrosive factors of drilling fluid to drilling tool, the corrosion mechanism of the drilling tools and some anti-corrosion measures.Carry out sulfur-containing drilling fluid for steel corrosion test, sulfur-containing drilling fluid corrosion fatigue experiment and several desulphurization agent in different drilling fluids desulphurization effect analysis and evaluation. Through improve fluid performance, adding a suitable additive to the drilling fluid of sulfur oil and gas wells can slow down the corrosion of the drilling tools,extend the life of the drilling tools.
