摘 要:本文详细介绍了保温材料的导热系数、密度、吸水率、透湿系数、防火性能等性能指标,对经常用到的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、聚乙烯泡沫塑料、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、离心玻璃绵、橡塑海绵和岩绵等几种新型保温材料作了分析,并给出了评价,对其适用范围进行了说明。 对管道保温技术的发展概况作了详细的调查分析,根据保温材料的性能指标、应用范围、选择依据、保温材料厚度的选择方法等,对低温送风空调系统和热力管道保温材料的选择方法做了说明,指出低温送风空调系统和热力管道的保温要经过严格的计算优化,选择合理的经济厚度,保证系统节能。通过对几种保温材料选用的对比,得出保温材料的选用原则。 结合具体工程,着重对橡塑保温材料进行研究分析,通过跟其他保温材料的对比,指出橡塑保温材料因其优异性能而在低温管道工程中应用广泛。 最后介绍了外墙保温技术及其保温材料,并对新型塑料保温隔热材料在建筑节能上的应用和前景作了阐述。 关键词:保温材料性能,管道保温,经济厚度,橡塑保温材料,节能技术
