摘 要:建筑智能化系统的规划、设计和实施必须充分考虑大楼在投入使用之后的三个重要因素:一个是高效节能;一个是安全舒适;一个是高集成度。充分考虑设计对象——扬中某银行大楼的需求特点,该楼更应该具有完整的智能化系统,为工作人员提供一个舒适、安全、便利的生活和工作环境。 本文是在假设有业主的情况下,为该大楼的智能系统制作的初级设计方案。方案目标是为使用者提供安全、高效、舒适、便捷及适应各种办公、会议、生活功能的环境,并降低大楼运营费用,提高运营管理的智能化水平,进一步提供人性化的服务。依照“以人为本”的原则,参考多种国内外规范,重心放在大楼的主要服务功能上,为业主量身制做最适用的智能化系统工程解决方案。 智能建筑不是多种带有智能特征系统产品的简单堆积组合,其核心是信息管理系统集成,这也是智能建筑发展的必然趋势。智能化系统中的各个子系统应当相互联系,资源共享、信息共享,增强对突发事件的响应能力;提高设备利用率,降低能耗,节约能源;实现现代化的科学管理。本次方案设计全面综合考虑系统的先进性、开放性、实用性、经济性、可持续发展性、舒适性、高效性、安全可靠性和易管理维护性的平衡。 关键词:建筑智能化,系统设计,系统集成
ABSTRACT:Before planning and designing the smart building system, three key factors must be taken into consideration: energy conservation, secuirity and comfort, high-level integration. Based on the demand of the project, a bank building in the city of Yangzhong, a integrated intelligentized system which provides comfortable, safe and convenient working and living environment, is obviously required. This paper proposes the design plan for the building intelligent system, aiming to provide safe, cosy and flexible environment for office work, meetings and living, with the reduction of the building operation cost and improvement of smart-level in building management. Followed the principle of people first, referred to real cases from home and aboard, focused on the service functions, I worked out the primary intelligentized system plan tailored for this project. Instead of simple combination of high-tech products, the core of smart building is information management system integration, which is the inexorable trend in the industry: all the subsystem should be connected in order to share the information and data resources, enhancing the ability of responding to emergency; capacity utilization rate of equipments should get improved to save energy; modern building management ought to be implemented. This plan also tried to balance mostly all the aspects of the intelligentized system. Key words: building intelligentizing; system planning; system integration |
