摘要:设计建筑是盐城市朗香郡3号楼,为一22层民用建筑,包含一层地下室、物业和若干层住宅。该建筑东侧及南侧的城市道路旁,有一市政给水干管可做为该建筑物的水源,管径为DN300,常年资用水头为26米,与楼距离18米,管顶埋深1.5米。城市排水管道在拟建建筑物西侧和北侧,管径为DN400,管顶埋深为2.5米,与楼距离20米。建筑附近有表压为0.20MPa的蒸汽热源。 本次设计分为4部分内容:建筑给水设计、建筑排水设计、建筑消防设计、建筑热水设计。 建筑给水设计进行竖向分区,一层到五层设为低区,由市政干管26m常年资用水头供水。六层到十四层设为中区,十五二十二层设为高区,中区与高区分别由各自变频泵组供给水压。给水管道选择三型无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)管。 建筑排水设计采用污废合流制。将二层到二十二层设为高层,设专用通气立管通气。一层单独排出,与高层排水系统的专用通气立管相连。排水管道选择硬聚乙烯塑料管(UPVC)。雨水排水系统选择外排水系统,重力半有压流的87雨水斗系统,无沟排水,单斗系统。 建筑消防设计中建筑的消火栓的静水压力不超过建筑给排水设计手册规定消防栓的最大静水压力1.0MPa,采用不分区的消火栓系统。根据规范要求,在地下室内设自动喷水灭火系统。自动喷水灭火系统选择湿式自动喷水灭火系统。 建筑热水设计选择间接加热方式,闭式,立管循环方式,全天循环方式,机械循环方式,下行上给供水方式。热水管道选择交联聚乙烯(PE-X)管。 关键词 高层建筑;给水;消防;排水;热水
