摘  要:长期以来世界大中工业城市都面临着越来越严重的大气污染,主要是燃煤、燃气、燃油排放的二氧化硫和烟气造成的严重大气污染。我国是以燃煤为主的国家,粉尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物成了我国大气的首要污染物。随着经济的发展,煤炭的使用越来越多,对环境的影响越来越突出。随着人们环境意识的不断增强,减少污染源、净化大气、保护生活环境得到了越来越多的重视,实行脱硫,是解决我国煤烟型污染的重要措施之一。

    本文包括明确烟气脱硫装置系统设计的目的和意义,全面调研国内外烟气脱硫装置发展和研究现状,以及国内外SO2污染治理的法规及标准现状。通过调研,比较各种脱硫工艺。根据设计基本条件选择合适的脱硫技术。完成烟气脱硫工艺设计,配合画图。

    本文的目的是通过对湿法烟气脱硫系统方案的调研,着重介绍了石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术的原理、工艺流程、系统设计,大致了解了其他脱硫技术,并逐渐掌握主要的湿法脱硫工艺设计技术,获得足够的工程设计经验,从而更有效的控制烟气中的二氧化硫排放量,减少环境污染。

Abstract:In a long time, big industrial cities in the world are confronted with more and more severe air pollution, mainly the discharge of SO2 and flue gas as burning coal, gas and oil. Our country is mainly burning coal, so dust, SO2 and nitrogen oxides become the primary pollutants of the air. With the development of economy, more and more use of coal, impact on the environment is more outstanding. As people growing awareness of the environment, reducing pollution, purifying air and protecting the living environment get more and more attention. Implementing desulfurization is one of the most important measures to solve the soot pollution. 

   This paper includes the purpose and meaning of the design of FGD equipment system, Comprehensive research home and abroad FGD equipment development and research status and the domestic and foreign SO2 pollution standards and regulations of the status. Through research, compare various desulphrization. According to the basic design conditions choose the proper FGD technology. Finish the design of the FGD system and draw the sketch.

   The purpose of the paper is that through the research of WFGD system, mainly introduce the principle, Limestone gypsum WFGD technology and have a brief knowledge of other FGD technology and gradually acknowledge main WFGD technology to achieve enough design experience, so that control the emission of SO2 efficiently and reduce environmental pollution.
