摘要:近年来,转炉复吹炼钢工艺技术在全球世界范围内得到了飞速发展。由于顶底复吹转炉综合了顶吹转炉反应速度快,底吹转炉吹炼平稳的优点,同时避免了顶吹转炉易喷溅、底吹转炉不易化渣的缺点,所以全世界的大型转炉炼钢厂均采用了顶底复吹转炉炼钢先进工艺。 本设计设计一座年产300万吨钢的氧气顶底复吹转炉炼钢车间。从基础的物料平衡和热平衡计算开始,主要包括以下几部分:转炉炉型设计、氧枪设计、转炉车间设计、连铸设备的选型及计算、以及炼钢操作制度和工艺制度,其中,转炉炼钢车间设计是本设计的重点与核心。 结论:通过设计计算,得到了一个三吹三顶底扶持转炉炼钢车间,复吹转炉炉型为80t,炉外精炼采用LF真空精炼,采用两台板坯弧形连铸机。厂房占地为262m×175m,厂房最高点为60.65m。 关键词:顶底复吹;转炉;炼钢;连铸
ABSTRACT:In recent years, the converter blowing steelmaking process technology in the global world has been rapid development. Since the top and bottom blowing converter combines BOF fast response, smooth bottom blowing converter blowing advantages while avoiding splashing BOF Yi, bottom blowing converter slag shortcomings difficult, so the world's large converter refining mills are used top and bottom blowing converter steelmaking advanced technology. This design design an annual output of 300 tons of steel top and bottom blowing oxygen converter steelmaking plant. From basic material balance and heat balance calculations begin, including the following sections: BOF furnace design, lance design, the converter plant design, equipment selection and calculation of continuous casting, as well as operating system and the steelmaking process system, in which the converter steelmaking plant design is the focus of this design and core. Conclusion: By design calculations, got a three blown three bottom support steelmaking plant, BOF furnace is 80t, LF refining using vacuum refining, using two curved slab caster.
