摘要:该设计通过比较,选择先进、经济、合理的烧结工艺流程。居于年产量300万吨烧结矿的烧结厂实际年产量的基础上,对烧结生产工艺流程的选择与计算,烧结生产过程的计算,工艺设备的选择与计算。通过计算确定,设计一台300m2的烧结机。其技术指标为年产烧结矿300万吨,R=1.4,TFe=60.0%,成品矿粒度50~5 mm,转鼓指数≥68%。并选择主要设备,说明烧结生产工艺流程各主要工序的联系。把理论模型紧密地建立在烧结工艺车间实际年产量基础上,做出既有理论深度、又能与观测直接比较的、有影响的烧结矿的烧结厂设计。最后,充分考虑了设备自动化控制及环境保护等方案的需要,选择了当前先进的工业设备。通过计算机绘制出烧结厂厂房配置图和设备配置图的绘制。 结论:通过本次烧结厂的毕业设计,使我掌握了配料计算及物料平衡计算,掌握了烧结厂设计的基本流程,主要计算出了烧结机长度为84.8m,21个风箱,烟囱的高度为200m。环冷机直径为33m。 关键词: 物料平衡;烧结厂设计;烧结矿
ABSTRACT:The design by comparison, select advanced, economical and reasonable sintering process.
