摘要:随着我国物流产业的兴起和发展,我国物流园的规划和建设也在经济发展作用力的推动下快速的成长,全国很多大中城市都在规划和建设综合性物流园,将分散在城市不同地域的运输公司、仓库、集散中心等物流企业吸引并集中到一起,形成可以发挥规模效应的综合性物流园。然而,就当前来情况来看,我国物流园的规划设计主要是由设计人员根据其经验和建筑设计规范从主观的角度进行,容易造成物流园的物流运作效率较低、物流成本较高等问题的出现,缺乏对物流设施规划及其布局设计的科学认识。物流园布局设计和内部功能规划是从物流园的整体运行以及其效用的角度来切入,主要包括物流设施以及内部各功能相关规划,从而以最优的规划设计与配置来实现设施内部物流作业效率的问题。本文在综合分析物流园发展现状、来发展需求以及规划设计原则等方面的基础上对A集团团结村物流园进行相关的内部功能规划设计,重点是把系统布置设计思想即SLP应用于A集团团结村物流园内部功能规划的决策中去,提出基于SLP 法的物流园规划设计分析方法,最终通过本课题阐述该方法在设布局决策中的应用。 关键词: 物流园 SLP 内部功能 规划设计
ABSTRACT:With the rise of China's logistics industry and booming, the planning and construction of the logistics park in China is also the force of economic development driven by rapid growth, many large and medium-sized cities across the country are planning or building an integrated logistics park will be scattered in the city different regions of the transport companies, warehouses, distribution centers and logistics companies to attract and focus together to form an integrated logistics park can play the scale effect. Logistics park layout and internal functional planning to cut from the perspective of the overall operation of the logistics park as well as its effectiveness, including the planning of logistics facilities as well as internal functions to achieve optimal planning, design and configuration facility internal efficiency of logistics operations the problem. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the logistics park development status, future development needs as well as planning and design principles based on Group A unity of the village Logistics Park related internal functions of planning and design, the focus of this article is the idea of the design of the system layout SLP applied to A Group unity within the village logistics Park planning decisions in the the proposed SLP method-based logistics park planning and design analysis method. 本课题研究的背景项目是基于重庆市A集团团结村物流园的内部功能规划,在该项目与物流配送中心的相关理论研究相结合的基础上,我们根据对其它物流园规划的相关数据、资料和经验的研究和总结,最终对A集团团结村物流园进行规划设计和平面布置。本文研究的主要目的是经过对SLP的研究和探讨,最终能够利用SLP基本理论对物流园进行更为合理的内部功能规划和布局,达到低投入、高效率的目的,并建成能够满足当前和未来一定时期内需求的物流园,并将顺利运行。
