Abstract：14 years ago, apple is on the verge of bankruptcy. Nowadays, it has become the world's most coveted technology company. Jobs in Apple make the dead come back to life again to soar plays an irreplaceable role. However, people are more concerned about, Jobs is how to do it? His success is inseparable from his original management system, through the analysis of his management philosophy,can be used for reference in the modern enterprise management,especially in establishing and perfecting the market economic system,develop the private economy today,the research significance especially prominent.
