[摘要]随着世界一体化经济的发展,人力资源在企业的重要性逐渐被关注。与此同时,人才的培养也越来越受到重视。我国众多企业虽然已经认识到培训对于企业发展的重要意义,但在建构培训体系时仍旧存在很多不足。本文以素有企业“黄埔军校”之称的宝洁公司的培训为例,详细分析其颇具特色的培训体系,并剖析出其特点,从而为我国企业在制定培训体系方面指明方向,以适应企业的战略性发展。

[Abstract] With the development of the integration of the world economy, there is a growing concern about the importance of human resources in the enterprise。At the same time,the training of personnel has attracted more and more attention。Many  Chinese enterprises have come to realize the significance of training for enterprise development, but how to construct training system still exist a lot of questions. Known as "Whampoa Military Academy" in business, this article detailed analysis P&G's distinctive training system, and its characteristics. Then it can make a direction for our enterprise in the development of training system, thus, it can also adapt the company’s strategic development.
