摘 要:随着我国人口的增长和食品企业在发展中遇到越来越多的问题,学者们纷纷探究在符合自身发展现状的前提下,食品制造企业在竞争中该采用何种策略才能提升竞争力从而立于不败。本文首先根据研究报告分析食品制造行业的特点及存在的问题,并分析影响企业竞争力的几个因素如企业文化、品牌、硬件设施、价格、质量等,之后阐述企业竞争策略和战略的关系,指出竞争策略是服从于总体战略的、竞争战略的一部分,分析三大竞争战略以及处于不同行业生命周期的、分散型及规模型企业竞战略,最后综合运用观察法、实证研究法、文献研究法,结合现代环境,着重研究食品制造企业的竞争策略,相应地提出了适合我国食品企业发展的策略和建议。最终以海天公司为例,拟定出了从产品和市场角度、外部环境和内部管理三个方面总计八项策略:构建人才战略,发展科研优势,促建学习型组织,构建企业核心能力;树立食品安全理念,应对企业危机;扩大生产大规模,努力实现集团化和规模化生产;发扬企业文化;扩大营销网络,实现传统营销和网络营销整合;关注食品安全,提高产品品质等。 关键词:食品制造;企业竞争力;现代环境;海天味业
Abstract:As China's population growth and food enterprises encounter more and more in the development of the issue, scholars have explored in accord with its development status under the premise, food manufacturing enterprises should use what kind of strategy in order to enhance competitiveness and thus remain unbeaten in the competition. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the food manufacturing industry and the existing problems according to the study, several factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises and analysis such as corporate culture, brand, hardware facilities, price, quality, then elaborate the relationship between competitive strategy and strategy, pointed out that the competition strategy is a part of the competition strategy subject to the overall strategy. Analysis of cost differences, Potter lead and focus strategy as well as the industry life cycle is different, the type and scale enterprises competitive strategy, combining the observation method, empirical research method, literature research method, combined with the modern environment, focuses on the study of food manufacturing enterprise competition strategy, put forward the development of food enterprises in China the strategies and suggestions for. Finally by the Haitian company as an example, worked out from three aspects of product and market perspective, the external environment and internal management of a total of eight strategies: building talent strategy, development advantages of scientific research, promoting the construction of learning organization, build the core competence of enterprises; establish food safety concept, dealing with enterprise crisis; to expand the production scale, and strive to achieve the group and scale production; carry forward the enterprise culture; to expand the marketing network, to achieve the traditional marketing and network marketing integration; pay attention to food safety, improve the quality of the products.
