摘 要:改革开放以来，我国经济实现跨越式发展，GDP总量超越日本跃居世界第二位，伴随着经济全球化的脚步，我国的综合国力也得到显著提高，但许多企业一味的追求经济的增长，却忽视了环境的保护，资源的节约等一系列问题，造成了我国经济一条腿长一条腿短的局面。企业的社会责任问题越来越受到广泛关注。中小企业是社会物质财富的创造者，是一切经济活动得以顺利进行的基石，它们作为一个整体对支持我国经济增长，解决当今社会就业问题，缓解贫富差距具有重要意义，理应承担相应的社会责任。文章以北京中小企业承担社会责任的现状及对策分析为例，通过资料搜集和分析，指出我国中小企业承担社会责任主要存在企业自律性较差，侵害员工合法权益，破坏生态环境，以违法手段谋取利益，漠视慈善公益责任等问题。并从政府，企业自身和社会等三方面提出政府需加强监督和打击力度，完善相关考核体系和法律法规，企业经营者应自觉提高个人素质，转变发展理念，提高自律性，社会应完善监督体系，运用多种媒体方式进行有效监督等对策建议。

This article is an example of social responsibility of SMEs Beijing Situation and Countermeasures. By data collection and analysis, Pointed out that the social responsibility of SMEs in China has many problems, such as Self-discipline is poor, against the legitimate interests of employees, destruction of the ecological environment, using illegal means to seek benefits, ignoring charitable responsibility.
