摘要:城市营销作为提升城市竞争力的有力手段,是全球化和城市化浪潮中城市发展的大趋势。无锡市地处长江三角洲城市群,与周边城市对外来投资、优秀人才等资源进行着激烈的竞争。城市营销有利于无锡市结合自身情况,合理利用内外部资源开发城市产品和服务,满足顾客需求,赢得顾客满意,进而在这场城市战争中脱颖而出,吸引投资者、旅游者和新居民的到来。 论文在阐述城市营销的基本理论和国内外城市营销实践成果的基础上,分析了无锡市在城市营销过程中存在的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和威胁,比较了无锡市与其它竞争城市综合竞争力的差异,指出了无锡市在城市营销过程中存在的问题,进而确定了其实施城市营销的战略目标、战略定位,最后提出了具体的对策建议和措施,以此进一步挖掘无锡市城市营销的潜力,拓展无锡市城市营销的发展空间,为加快无锡市城市营销的发展提供理论支持,并为其他城市和地区进行城市营销提供一些经验和借鉴。 关键词:城市营销;城市竞争;SWOT分析;发展战略
Abstract:As a powerful means to enhance the competitiveness of the city, city marketing is the trend of city development in the tide of globalization and urbanization. Wuxi is located in the Yangtze River Delta city group, and competes fiercely with the surrounding cities for resources, such as investment, talent. City marketing can help Wuxi, according to its own situation, use internal and external resources reasonably to develop city products and services, to meet the needs of customers, to win customer satisfaction, and show itself in the city war, attract investors, tourists and new residents. Based on the introduction of city marketing basic theory and the domestic and overseas practice experience in city marketing, the paper analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the process of Wuxi’s city marketing, finds the difference of comprehensive competitiveness between Wuxi and its competitors, points out the problems in city marketing of Wuxi, and thus determine its strategic objectives, strategic positioning and finally put forward specific suggestions and development measures, to explore Wuxi’s potential for city marketing, to expand the space for development of city marketing, to provide theoretical support to speed up the development of city marketing in Wuxi, and to provide some experience for city marketing in other cities.
