摘要:随着改革开放进程的不断推进，民营经济在国民经济中所占比重日益增加，已经成为保证经济快速增长，推动产业结构调整，缓解就业压力等方面的重要力量。尽管在相对较短的时间内取得了快速的发展，民营企业依然面临着许多困难，其中融资难成为一个普遍存在的问题。随着后经济危机时代的到来，我国金融环境更加复杂。由于我国金融市场不够成熟，导致民营企业融资成本过高，使其遇到了融资途径单一、融资组合不合理等问题。这一难题如果得不到很好的解决将不利于民营企业产品的更新换代、技术上的创新，会在很大程度上制约民营企业的快速健康发展。为此，我国政府应该完善社会信用体系，大力推广信贷改革，而与此同时，民营企业自身也要优化融资环境，不断提升自己的信用等级，进而拓宽融资的渠道筹集更多的资金。

　　　本文从民营企业融资现状分析入手，分析民营企业融资的特点和其内外融资的渠道状况，从民营企业、金融业、政府三个角度，深入剖析民营企业融资困难的原因，并提出了解决融资困难，实现可持续发展的方案。

Abstract:With the reform and opening-up process continues to advance, the private economy in the national economy growing proportion has become a important force to ensure rapid economic growth, promote industrial restructuring, ease the employment pressure and so on. Despite having achieved rapid development in the relatively short period of time , private enterprises are still facing many difficulties, including financing which become a widespread problem.. With the post-economic crisis era, Chinese financial environment is more complicated. As Chinese financial market is not mature enough, which leading to high cost of financing, private enterprises have encountered a single financing, financing portfolio unreasonable and so on. If this problem has not been a good solution , it would be detrimental to many aspects of private enterprises including product upgrading, technological innovation, which will largely restrict rapid and healthy development of private enterprises. For this reason, our government should improve the social credit system, and vigorously promote the reform of credit. At the same time, private enterprises also must optimize the financing environment and improve their own credit rating, and thus broaden the financing channels to raise more funds.

　　This paper starting from the Analysis of financing of private enterprises, emphatically analyzed the their characteristics and condition of their internal and external sources of financing. Meanwhile , from three angles including private enterprises, the financial sector, the government, this paper in-depth analyzed the reasons for private enterprises financing difficulties and proposes measures so as to address the financing difficulties and achieve sustainable development.
