摘要:随着经济全球化、知识经济的到来,以及高新技术的发展,企业的生存和发展面临着各种挑战。尤其是对于处于全球产业链低端且依赖于成本驱动的中小企业而言,面对发达国家“再工业化”的新趋势将面临新的冲击。心理契约是联系企业和员工之间的纽带,它是企业和员工对彼此承诺的期望,可以提高企业和员工双方的工作效率,从而降低企业的管理成本。这篇文章采用问卷调查的方法,通过对长江三角洲地区中小企业员工的调查,研究企业心理契约和员工心理契约对组织内部管理成本的影响程度。这篇文章主要运用SPSS18.0统计分析软件对调查数据进行统计分析。通过信度分析、效度分析、描述性统计分析、相关性分析和回归分析的方法得出以下结论:企业心理契约与组织内部管理成本之间具有显著的负相关性,员工心理契约与组织内部管理成本之间具有显著的负相关性。因此,企业要重视心理契约的管理,避免心理契约的违背。在实证分析的基础上,分别从企业和员工角度对构建心理契约、降低组织内部管理成本提出建议。 关键词:企业心理契约;员工心理契约;中小企业;管理成本
Abstract:With the advent of economic globalization and the knowledge economy, as well as the development of high-tech, the survival and development of enterprises are facing with various challenges. Especially for small and medium enterprises, which are in the low end of the global industrial chain and depend on the cost drivers, are facing the new trend of the developed countries’ "re-industrialization". Psychological contract is the contact link between the enterprises and the employees. And it is the expectations of enterprises and employees agreeing to each other. Psychological contract can improve the efficiency of both enterprises and employees; thereby it can reduce the management cost of enterprises. This thesis studies the relationship between the psychological contract in enterprises and employees in the Yangtze River Delta region and management cost using questionnaire survey method. And this thesis analyzes the survey data using statistical analysis software SPSS18.0. Through the reliability analysis, validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, the conclusions were reached: enterprise psychological contract and organization's internal management cost showed a significant negative correlation; employee psychological contract and the organization’s internal management showed a significant negative correlation. Therefore, enterprises should pay attention to the management of psychological contract, and avoid the violation of psychological contract. On the basis of empirical analysis, this thesis will advise to build the psychological contract between the enterprises and employees, and reduce the organization's internal management cost.
