摘要:我国作为全球最大的出口贸易国，却至今仍然用着他国货币作为主要贸易结算货币，这在人类经济史上是很少见的，但随着我国综合国力的不断强大，人民币汇率的持续稳定，再加上使人民币的国际信用地位和经济基础不断提升，使人民币国际化逐渐成为国内外关注的焦点。特别是2008年美国次贷危机演变成全球性金融危机，使国际社会充分认识到了当今货币体系的弊端，经过努力我国遏制住了经济增长速度的下滑，率先走出了危机的阴霾，让世界所惊叹，人民币汇率以及人民币国际化问题也从此备受关注。改革世界货币体系的要求也不断被提及。2010年，中国GDP超过日本成为世界第二大经济体，2011年第一季度末我中国股市市值也首次超过日本，都为人民币国际化提供了一定的基础。对研究人民币国际化问题也有了很大的现实意义。

　　　在内容安排上，本文第一章从货币国际化的一般理论入手，对国际货币的含义和相关概念进行了界定,第二章以英镑、美元、欧元和日元为例，分析了各种主要货币的国际化演进的模式以及给人民币国际化带来的启示，并提出适合当前人民币国际化的路径选择。第四章提出政策建议，稳步推进人民币国际化。

Chapter four presents policy recommendations. Steadily push forward the internationalization of the RMB.
