摘要:随着中国经济的快速发展,对物流的需求也大幅度增加,现代物流产业如今已成为中国国民经济的重要产业,市场竞争的一大热点。但因为我国物流企业起步比较晚,大部分仍然是中小物流企业,其普遍存在很多不足之处,所以对中小物流企业竞争力的研究尤为重要。本文从我国中小物流企业的现状出发, 通过对中小物流企业竞争环境分析,指出其竞争的策略,从而可以看出中小物流企业与大型企业的差距,并找出其存在的问题,针对这些问题一一给出对策,从而强化企业自身竞争力,才能使中小物流企业在如今复杂的环境下获得竞争优势。 关键词:中小物流企业;企业竞争力;问题;对策;建议;
