摘要:近年我国房地产行业在发展过程中取得了巨大成就,已成为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一。作为一种典型的资金密集型行业,其发展离不开商业银行信贷业务的大力支持。 但在发展的同时也出现了很多问题。随着房地产行业资金需求不断增长,信贷风险正日渐显现。本文以商业银行房地产信贷为研究对象,通过理论分析和实证研究,着重分析了中国建设银行的房地产信贷现状。同时计算和分析了中国农业银行和中国工商银行的相关数据。结合美国次贷危机的经验和教训,在文章最后给出了一些商业银行应对房地产信贷问题的一些对策。 关键词:商业银行 房地产信贷 中国建设银行
Abstract: China's real estate industry has made great achievements in recent years. It has become an important pillar industry of the national economy. As a typical capital-intensive industry, its development cannot do without the strong support of commercial bank loans. While there have been a lot of problems in the developing process. With the growing demand for real estate loans, credit risk is increasingly apparent. With real estate loans of commercial banks as the object of the research, through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this essay focuses on analyzing the current situation of China Construction Bank's real estate loans. At the same time, I calculated and analyzed the relevant data of the Agricultural Bank of China and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. Combined with the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis’s lessons, finally this essay gives some solutions to deal with the problems of real estate loans of commercial banks.
