摘要:如今,市场竞争日趋激烈,企业只有具备了独特的竞争优势才能应对激烈的市场竞争。然而,每个公司它们在资源的支配上都是有限的,所以一味的循规蹈矩不改变以往的经营策略是不能很有效的提高企业的经营效率的,为了能更大化的提高经营水平,一些公司决定将将一些更适合外人做的事情通过外部力量来帮助自己解决。 现在人力资源部门在一个企业中占据了很大的资源,但是与之相对应,它们产生的效益却是不多,所以很多公司都将自己的人力资源服务外包出去,使得企业的效益最大化。但人力资源外包存在缺乏统一的收费标注、信息化网络化程度不高、法律监管的不健全等风险。 关键词:人力资源 外包 风险
Abstract:Due to the rapid development of increasingly fierce market competition, and information technology, enterprises need to have a unique competitive advantage to deal with the fierce market competition. However, enterprises have limited resources, in order to improve business efficiency and gain a competitive advantage, many large companies are changing traditional practices, those suitable for things done by external forces, try by "others" do. HR departments occupy our resources much less realistic benefits generated, and therefore reduce labor costs by outsourcing human resources, maximize efficiency become the choice for many enterprises. But there is a lack of human resources outsourcing uniform charge tagging, information network level is not high, the legal and regulatory risks unsound. By controlling the outsourcing costs, the establishment of high information technology, network outsourcing information systems and building laws and regulations to strengthen management strategies, can effectively control the human resources outsourcing risks.
