摘要:最近几年,汽车行业的竞争是越演越烈,尤其是中国市场引来了世界各地的汽车集团相互竞争。同时,竞争者为了争取更多的市场份额。不惜利用降价的手段来促使自己稳固在这个汽车行业的地位。那么,相对于大汽车企业的降价,必然会导致汽车零部件的制造厂商也降低成本来获取利润。但是这样是不可取的,汽车零部件的制造厂商应该在资金、技术等这领域抓住机会,可以想方设法的重新整理自己的资源、在一定程度上降低自己的成本,从而获得利润的保障。 解决这些问题,很大程度上是和采购管理是息息相关的,我们想要做的就是怎样更好地可以做一个资源的重新整合,利用起企业内部一些比较规模化、集中化的采购,从而提高这些汽车零部件制造厂商的竞争优势及竞争力。 而本篇论文主要是研究上海奥托立夫采购管理的研究策略,主要是想探讨这采购的过程中,他的一个优化和一些问题的解决方案。因为,我实习的部分主要是负责非生产性原料的采购,所以,这篇论文就是对自己公司作为一家汽车零部件的制造厂商的其中一个代表来对该公司乃至该行业的采购战略进行规划和实施过程中的探讨。 关键词:上海奥托立夫 采购管理 非生产性物料
