摘要:近年来,我国快递行业得到了迅速的发展,成为继美国、日本之后第三个快件日处理量超过千万件的国家。面对巨大的市场,国有、民营、外资三方力量纷纷抢夺市场份额。顺丰速运经过20年的发展,在国营和外资的两面夹击中脱颖而出。在激烈的行业竞争下,顺丰速运公司想要利用现有资源,保持可持续发展,在众多的竞争者中保持竞争优势,就必须不断解决自身的发展问题,并且不断提高自身的核心竞争力,以保企业立于不败之地。本文讲述了顺丰速运公司的发展现状,运用SWOT分析方法,分析了顺丰速运发展过程中的问题,并对此提出了相应的对策建议。 关键词:顺丰速运 发展问题 SWOT分析 对策建议
Abstract:In recent years, the express industry has been developing rapidly in China. China has became the third country which the express daily handling capacity of over ten million of the country after the US and Japan. Facing an enormous market, state-owned,private and foreign express delivery companies come to grab the market share. SF-Express has stand out in the war on two fronts of state-own and foreign-funded companies after 20 years of development. In the fierce industry competition, SF transportation company wanted to take advantage of existing resources and maintain sustainable development, maintain competitive advantage among their competitors, they must continue to solve their own development problems, and continuously improve their core competitiveness, to protect enterprise success. This article covers the development status of SF-Express, using SWOT analytical method, analysis the issues in the development , and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
