摘要:俗话说身体是革命的本钱,医药行业是一个国家长治久安的重要支撑。进入新世纪以后,加快药品流传速度,增强供应链信息交流水平,协调各环节之间的商流、物流、资金流,已经成为医药流通行业的当务之急要解决的问题。于是,在2007年C医药集团整合了各个分公司各建仓库各自为政的局面,建立了物流公司,对整个集团公司的药品流通进行统一管理,实现了商流和物流的分离。 本文通过对该集团物流中心管理信息系统在实际运作中的运用,研究其在供应链整个环节协调资源,信息传递,统一管理中发挥的重大作用。让企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中扬长避短,随着时代的变化,不断发展壮大并适应新的GSP,从而提升整个集团公司综合竞争力。 关键词:物流 供应链 管理信息系统
ABSTRACT: The pharmaceutical industry is an important support for the long-term stability of a country.
