摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展,采购管理作为企业管理中的重要环节,其地位也越来越不容忽视。合理高效的采购管理将降低企业的采购成本,提高采购的效率,增加企业市场的竞争力,因此,研究企业的采购管理具有十分重要的现实意义[1]。 本文以四川长虹技佳精工有限公司为研究对象,首先分析其采购管理的现状,针对该公司采购管理中的采购流程的问题,提出了企业流程再造的建议。其次,运用ABC分类法对其进行供应商管理,最后结合战略性的采购方式,实现了与供应商的运营整合,使公司在技术和质量等方面效益的最大化,成本的最小化。 关键字:采购成本 供应商管理 采购管理
ABSTRACT:Accompanied with the rapid development of economy ,as one of the most important point of modern business,procurement management becomes more and more important.Reasonable and efficient Procurement management for the enterprise can save Procurement costs, enhance efficiency in Procurement, and increase the core competitiveness of enterprise, Therefore, study of enterprise Purchasing management is of great Practical significance. Based on a detail research on Sichuan Changhong Jijia Jinggong Co., Ltd, the paper analyses the present purchasing management situation, In view of the problem for procurement process in procurement management, the method of Business Process Reengineering is introduced in this paper. Secondly in terms of the supplier selection and management of this company, it mainly introduces the use of the Activity Based Classification. Finally it combines with strategic procurement methods to achieve operational integration with suppliers. It makes the benefit of company in technical and quality aspects and the cost minimization.
