摘要:ERP系统着重于集成企业资源，在企业实际运行中， 各系统间时常发生职责交叉、重叠、耗费巨资却效率低下的状况，对各系统进行ERP集成应用，可以帮助企业实现物流、信息流、资金流等各方面资源进行有效的整合，从而实现科学地计划、控制和管理。

本文以C物流企业正在使用中的SAP、Walker系统为基础，展开分析与研究，探讨了ERP基于现有系统的集成实现的环境、条件、存在的主要问题及相关解决方法等内容。通过深入分析企业各部门工作流程、系统在部门间的运行现状，探讨了实现系统集成的条件，探析了系统集成实施过程中的数据共享、模块集成选择及权限控制等关键问题，并为现有系统的集成改造提出建议。

ERP系统集成应用的研究不仅对C物流企业提高运作效率和综合竞争力具有现实意义，而且可为类似企业解决同类问题提供思路和参考，具有一定的实际应用价值。

ABSTRACT:ERP system focuses on the integrated enterprise resources，in the actual operation of the enterprise，often occur between each system functions，overlapping and costly but inefficient，to ERP integration application，the system can help enterprise to realize logistics，information flow，cash flow and so on various aspects resources for effective integration，thereby realize scientifically plan，control and management.

Based on the C logistics companies are using SAP，Walker in the system as the foundation，launches the analysis and research，discusses the ERP based on the integration of existing systems implementation environment，conditions，main problems and related solving method，etc. Through in-depth analysis of the enterprise each department work process，the status of system between the departments and discusses the conditions of realizing system integration，analyses the system integration in the process of implementation of data sharing，selection module integration and access control and other key issues，and gives Suggestions for the integration of existing systems transformation.

ERP system integration research on C logistics enterprises not only improve the operation level and enterprise competitiveness has practical significance，and can solve the same problem and provide some references for similar enterprise，has certain practical application value.
