摘要:近些年,由于竞争机制的引进,建筑业员工流动也越来越频繁,这种流动性不仅影响了员工的自身利益,而且阻碍了单位的长远发展。本文以建筑业员工为研究对象,通过问卷,对其工作生活质量和离职倾向的相关情况进行了解,其中工作生活质量分别从生活保障、工作特性、升迁奖酬、工作成长、人际关系、工作与家庭休闲、尊重七个维度进行调查。利用SPSS软件对调查数据进行描述性分析、差异性分析以及相关性分析。研究结果表明:员工工作生活质量与离职倾向呈现负相关,在工作特性、升迁奖酬、工作成长、人际关系、尊重等维度上与离职倾向强负相关。因此可以通过改善这些维度的基本情况,来提高工作生活质量,从而降低离职倾向。 关键词:建筑业员工;工作生活质量;离职倾向
Abstract: In recent years, due to the introduction of competition, the workers in construction firms move frequently. This mobility has an affection on workers' profits and obstructs long-term development of the firms. The article uses the workers in construction firms to study, by means of questionnaires, researches the quality of work life and the degree of workers tending to leave. The Quality of work contains seven dimensions. They are 1ife indemnification, work trait, preferment and reward, work grow, personal relationship, work and family1eisure, respect. The survey does research on datum in descriptive statistics, difference analysis and correlation analysis by SPSS17.0. The results show that turnover intention negatively relates to 1ife indemnification, work trait , preferment and reward, work grow, personal relationship, respect and the quality of work life. Increasing satisfaction of QWL in these areas can reduce the degree of turnover intention. Key words: Workers in construction firms ;The quality of work life; Turnover intention
