摘要:旅游电子商务作为旅游业发展的主要方向,也是日益激烈的旅游行业中赢得胜利的重要手段。我国旅游电子商务如雨后春笋般的增长速度令人喜忧参半,喜的是中国的旅游产业逐渐实现网络化,信息化,并与国际接轨;而忧的是,与国外的旅游电子商务相比,我国的发展基础还不够深厚,经营的模式也比较单一,如何更加好地发展遇到了瓶颈。“去哪儿”网开创了一种与携程、芒果网等传统OTA模式完全不同的旅游电子商务网站模式。它对我国较为单一的旅游电子商务经营模式带来了创新。尽管它的经营模式有所创新,但它依然面对着我国的旅游电子商务所普遍面临的问题。本文以我国新型旅游电子商务网站“去哪儿”网为例,从它的成功中,探索我国旅游电子商务发展的新思路。 关键词: 旅游电子商务,发展,现状,对策
Abstract:The development of Tourism e-commerce is the inexorable tend of tourism, also it’s the important way to get success in this competitive industry. China’s tourism e-commerce have growth like the mushrooms after rain. The happy thing is China's tourism industry becomes more networked, informationize, and acting on international convention; But every coin has two side. There is something we still worry about that. Compare with the foreign tourism e-commerce, Our development foundation is not deep enough, and the business model is relatively onefold. Obviously we meet some obstacles in our tourism e-commerce development. The “Qunar” started a different model from the traditional tourism e-commerce website like Ctrip,Mango etc, which are using OTA mode. It brought innovation to our relatively onefold tourist e-commerce business mode. Although “Qunar” has a new business model, but it still facing the problem which our country tourism e-commerce have problems facing. My essay use “Qunar” which is the new model of China e-commerce website as the case, analyse the new approach of China’s e-commerce development. 虽然有着问题亟待解决,但不可否认的是旅游电子商务,将给中国旅游业的发 展带来新的发展机遇。是中国赶超世界的一次 绝好机会。旅游企业之间、旅游企业与旅游者 之间的电子商务活动将彻底改变现代旅游企 业的运作方式。21世纪是互联网的世纪。我们不能坐视中国旅游业在时代的浪潮中被冲跨。与机遇擦肩而过。随着上述一些瓶颈问题的解决和相应对策的实施,中国旅游业的电子商务时代必将来临。
