摘  要:从石油污染土壤中分离出高效石油降解菌,经鉴定菌株属葡糖杆菌属。对分离出的菌株对石油的降解特性进行了研究,确定了菌株的最佳降解条件,该菌株能以石油为唯一碳源生长,5天内对5000mg/L石油的降解率能达到54.12%。降解性能实验结果表明,该菌株降解石油的最适pH值为6.8,且在pH值6.0~8.0之间都能较好降解石油;最适降解温度为37℃并在35℃~40℃之间降解率都较高;该菌株对1000mg/L~5000mg/L之间的石油降解率均较高,且随着石油浓度的增加降解率逐步降低;ST-2菌株具有很好的耐盐性。

Abstract:Efficient oil degrading bacteria isolated from petroleum contaminated soil, and strains identified belong to Gluconobacter Asia. Research the degradation characteristics of the isolated Strain. Determine the best degradation conditions of the strain. Provide the strain a basis to further applied to the bioremediation of environmental pollution. The strain can grow with oil as sole carbon source. It’s degradation of 5000mg/L oil degradation rate can reach 54.12%, in 5 days. Detection method indicates, the concentration of oil in aqueous solution can be extracted by the same amount of carbon tetrachloride and determination by Oil Content Analyzer. Degradation of performance test results show that the optimum pH value of the strain degradation of crude oil is 6.8,and it can better degradation of oil in pH value between 6.0~8.0; The most suitable temperature of the strain to degradation of crude oil is 37℃,and higher in degradation rate between 35 ℃ ~ 40 ℃; The strain degradation of oil between 1000mg / L ~ 5000mg / L have higher rate, and with the higher the concentration of oil the lower of Degradation rate; strain has a salt tolerance
