摘要：随着经济全球化迅猛发展，服务业发展因此在世界经济中脱颖而出。伴随着服务型经济的发展，国际贸易逐渐从货物贸易转向服务贸易。进入21世纪，国际服务贸易保持稳步发展态势，在2007年更是达到32600亿美元。增长速度也达到了18%。已经成为推动世界经济增长的新动力和大国竞争的焦点。中国作为第二大经济体，大力发展服务贸易，努力扩大服务出口对于实践科学发展观具有重要意义，是中国特色商务发展道路的重要组成部分。伴随着我国对外开放的不断深入，我国服务贸易实现了跨越式发展。近年来扬州市服务贸易发展较快，服务业在扬州国民经济发展中也起到重要的作用，当然扬州市服务贸易发展与其他的一些省市相比仍然存在一定差距，很多问题亟待解决。本课题通过对扬州市现代服务贸易发展进行较为深入分析基础上，分析扬州服务贸易发展的优劣势，提出加快发展的对策，为扬州服务贸易以及扬州社会经济的持续、健康发展提供政策指导。

Abstract：With the rapid development of economic globalization, the development of the service industry in the world economy come to the fore. In the 21st century, to maintain the momentum of steady development, international trade in services in 2007 reached $ 3.26 trillion. The growth rate has reached 18%. Has become the focus of a new driving force to promote world economic growth and great power rivalry. China as the second largest economy, vigorously develop trade in services, efforts to expand exports of services is of great significance for the practice of the scientific concept of development, is an important part of the business development path of Chinese characteristics. Along with the deepening of China's opening up, China's service trade by leaps and bounds. The rapid development of trade in services in Yangzhou City in recent years, the service sector also play an important role in the development of the national economy in Yangzhou compared with other provinces and cities, of course, the development of trade in services in Yangzhou City, some gaps still exist many problems to be solved. This issue through the development of modern service trade in Yangzhou City, more in-depth analysis on the basis of analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Yangzhou service trade development proposed to accelerate the development of countermeasures for Yangzhou trade in services as well as social Yangzhou sustained and healthy development of the economy to provide policy guidance。

研究方法

　　　鉴于本文研究的内容，为了更好的进行问题的剖析，本文采用了理论分析与数据分析相结合的方法，对扬州市服务贸易进行详细分析。

　　　(1)文献资料研究方法。广泛收集国内外文献资料，了解相关理论研究动态及最新研究成果，为本文后面的分析奠定了理论基础。

　　　(2)历史分析研究方法。研究扬州市服务贸易发展状况，对扬州市服务贸易发展状况做纵向比较并通过现实数据分析扬州市服务贸易发展水平。

　　　(3)定性研究与定量研究相结合。通过对扬州市服务贸易发展的数据进行收集与整理，建立相应的时间序列模型，对扬州市服务贸易未来发展趋势进行定量预测，并结合定性研究方法对预测结果进行分析和修正。

　　　(4)静态分析和动态分析相结合。扬州市服务贸易的发展是静态与动态的统一，本文运用静态与动态相结合的方法，分析扬州市服务贸易发展的规律与趋势，并据此提出扬州市服务贸易发展的对策建议。
