摘要:随着经济全球化趋势的进一步发展，我国很多企业都选择了“走出去”战略，去开拓国际市场。在收购的热潮中，很多企业的收购行动都以失败告终，给自身企业带来巨大的损失，然而吉利却成功收购了沃尔沃，这给了我们以有益的启示，吉利十分重视对收购后风险处理，使得收购后企业得到顺利发展。

　　　论文首先对吉利收购沃尔沃的背景、研究内容、研究方法进行了介绍，对企业收购有一个初步的了解，然后论文介绍了吉利收购沃尔沃的影响，从有利影响和后续风险两个方面进行了介绍，重点是要突出收购后的风险，接着根据存在的后续风险，给出了针对性的解决措施，以期待为我国企业的跨国收购提供一定的借鉴，最后一部分是结论，写出自己对企业收购的一些认识。

Abstract:With the further development of the trend of economic globalization, China's many enterprises choose the strategy of "going out", to develop international market. 吉利作为中国发展最快的汽车制造商之一，也是中国汽车行业领先的民营企业。此次成功签议，是中国汽车产业实现技术跨越的一个捷径，有利于提高中国汽车产业的软实力。衡量海外并购是否成功，并不是看并购交易是否能够完成，而是看完成交易之后的数年内是否能够实现有效整合、平稳运行并实现赢利、提升价值。

研究方法

(1)文献研究方法

本文通过搜集和分析研究各种现存的有关文献资料，从中选取信息，来达到对吉利收购沃尔沃的调查研究的目的。在浩如烟海的文献群中选取了适用于本课题的资料，并对这些资料做出恰当分析和使用。

(2)个案研究法

在对收集到的吉利收购沃尔沃的文件在较长时间里连续进行了调查，从而研究其行为发展变化的全过程。以便更好的了解吉利收购沃尔沃后遇到的风险，并提出更好的解决措施。
