摘要：本文分为三个部分，第一个部分是对核心竞争力一词的界定。第二个部分是保险企业核心竞争力的内容与框架的分析，具体阐述了保险企业核心竞争力衡量办法以及比较的标准。第三个部分是根据前文的思路对中国平安进行分析，具体分析其核心竞争力的各项指标，并与其他保险公司进行综合比较，文章最后指出中国平安存在的不足和提出相关的建议。

Abstract: This paper is divided into three parts; first part defines the core competitiveness. And analyze the sources and definitions of the core competitiveness. Described the origin of the core competitiveness, the status of the study and reviewed the status quo. The second part is the analysis of the content and framework of the insurance enterprise's core competitiveness. From both the content and framework of the standard of measurement methods and compare the insurance enterprise's core competitiveness. The third part of the Ping An of China based on the ideas of the previous analysis, the various indicators of the specific analysis of the core competitiveness, and a comprehensive comparison to other insurance companies to get the final conclusion. In conclusion, the article pointed out that the China Ping An shortcomings and put forward their own proposals.

　　本文主要是对保险企业的核心竞争力进行探究。在探究之前，需要界定一些基本概念。核心竞争力的具体含义是什么？如何界定保险企业核心竞争力？综观各类相关文献，核心竞争力的含义非常广泛，界定的方式也有多种多样。我们从最一般意义上的企业核心竞争力开始分析，接着结合我国保险企业的实际情况，具体阐述何为保险企业核心竞争力。

　　一般意义上的企业核心竞争力是一个综合的概念。我们可以从企业核心竞争力一词的来源、目前在学术研究中持有的基本观点等来综合评价核心竞争力的具体内涵。
