摘要:花木产业作为如皋市发展农业的支柱产业，已成为如皋市经济发展的一个新的增长点，是促进农业产业结构调整和增加农民收入的主要手段之一，也是当前农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的必然选择。如何保持如皋市花木产业的优势、将花木产业进一步做强做大，是一个值得思考的问题。本文通过对如皋市花木产业的发展现状分析，结合花木产业发展所带来的经济效益，评价如皋市花木产业的结构及发展策略，提出新的发展思路，以更好地带动如皋市的经济发展。

Abstract: As a pillar industry of Rugao’s agricultural development, flowers and plants industry has become a new economy increasing point for Rugao city and one of the major means to further agricultural industrial structure adjustment and increase farmers’ income. To develop flowers and plants industry is an inevitable choice for strategic adjustment of current agriculture and agricultural economic structure adjustment. Hence, how to keep the advantages of Rugao’s flowers and plants industry and make it bigger and stronger is a question worth careful consideration. The paper analyzes the current situation of Rugao’s flowers and plants industry. By combining the economic benefits brought by the flowers and plants industry, the paper evaluates its structure and development strategies and based on this proposes new thoughts on its development to enhance the economic development of Rugao city.
