摘要:导游人员是旅游行业的一线工作人员,导游工作在旅游服务工作中处于核心地位,导游服务质量很大程度上决定了旅游服务质量。然而,从近年来的新闻报道和游客的投诉情况来看,导游问题一再成为社会关注的焦点和游客投诉的突出问题,严重影响了我国旅游业的健康发展。而且导游人员的劳动价值没有得到应有的回报,导游人员蜕变为导购,究其原因与我国现行的导游薪酬制度有关。 本文是在实证研究的基础上以导游人员的视角提出的,具有很强的针对性和可操作性,为理论上解决导游问题提出了一些建议和意见;从实践上来说,解决了导游人员的后顾之忧,使导游人员将心思放在导游服务质量的如何提升上而非旅游购物上,导游利益相关者也从中得到了应有的好处,是一个多方受益的解决方案。 关键词:市场供求,人力资本,旅游消费,导游薪酬
ABSTRACT: Tour guides are the first-line staff in the tourism industry, and they are the core of the tourism service work. Usually, tour guides' service quality is critical to the tourism service quality. However, from the view point of recent news reports and complaints from tourists, tour guides issue again became the focus of social concern and a highlight problem of tourists complaints, it seriously affected the healthy development of China's tourism industry. In another side, tour guide did not get due return of own labor value, thus, tour guides transformed into shopping guides. In fact, we can conclude that this phenomenon was stemming from our current tour guides' salary system. In theory, this article broke previous part research of some domestic scholars on tour guides' salary system and put forward to a solution scheme. In practice, it was a mufti-benefit solution program, in one side, tour guides would concentrate on how to improve service quality rather than tourism shopping, in another side, other stakeholders would get corresponding benefits.
