摘  要:重庆不仅是西南地区和长江中下游最大的中心城市，也是西部大开发的桥头堡和唯一的内陆直辖市，重庆从1997年直辖以来，积极开拓创新，努力建设内陆开放型经济高地，充分利用外来投资发展本土经济。但是重庆若要更加充分地利用外来投资的资本带动本地经济的发展，则需要对本地的投资环境进行合理化地营造与完善。

　　　当前，重庆的经济发展正处于一个关键时期，因此对重庆的投资环境的研究也变得尤为重要。本文通过对重庆投资环境的现状、问题及对策的研究和分析，使其能够为广大投资者更加全面地了解重庆市的投资环境，充分认识重庆的市场发展潜力和为他们的投资决策提供依据。因此，我们需要对重庆的投资环境进行研究分析，找出重庆的投资环境建设中的问题和不足，从而改进制约投资环境提升的相关因素，优化投资环境，才能更加有利于吸引投资者进行投资。

ABSTRACT:Not only is Chongqing the biggest center city of the southwestern region and the Yangtze River, but also a bridgehead for developing the western region and the only inland municipality. Since be municipality in 1997, Chongqing innovate positivity, and strive to build inland open economy Heights, make full use of foreign investment to development of local economy. But if Chongqing want to make the biggest use of foreign investment to development of local economy, need to rationalize the local investment environment to create and perfect.

　　　 Currently, the economic development of Chongqing is at a critical period, so the investment environment of Chongqing has become particularly important. Based on the investment environment in Chongqing situation, problems and countermeasure do research and analysis, it can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the majority to investors in the investment environment in Chongqing, and fully understand the market potential and provide a basis for their investment decisions. Therefore, we need to study the investment environment in Chongqing so that find out the problems and shortages in the investment environment in Chongqing,  thereby improve the investment environment constraints to enhance the relevant factors and  optimize the investment environment in order to more conducive attract investors to investment.
