摘要:我国房地产的价格和波动的趋势时刻牵动着政府对银行信贷政策的收放额度,如今过度的信贷扩张已经引起房地产市场价格居高不下的局面,当前的价格明显高于其实际的价值。纵观现今的国内外金融形势,不稳定的金融形势时刻影响着我国的银行信贷政策的收放,银行信贷的过度扩张所引起的银行信贷风险形成了不断威胁着我国房地产市场的泡沫化的危机,而不断加剧的泡沫风险必定将会引起金融市场的大混乱。如何调整并持续完善我国的银行信贷政策防止信贷的过度扩张,加强银行对信贷风险的管理是稳定和保障我国房地产市场健康发展的重要课题。

Abstract:China's real estate prices and the volatility of the trend for the banking can affect the moment the keep credit policy limit, now excessive credit expansion has caused the real estate market prices of the situation, the current prices higher than the actual value. There are domestic and foreign financial situation, instability of the financial situation time affected our country's bank credit policy and hoisting, bank credit expansion of excessive caused by the bank credit risk formed constantly threatening China's real estate market today's frothiness of the crisis, while rising bubble risk will surely will cause financial market mayhem. How to adjust and continue to perfect our bank credit policy to prevent excessive credit expansion, strengthen the management of credit risk to the bank is to ensure the healthy development of the real estate market in China as an important issue.
