摘要:供应链管理中，必须有一套系统的管理来整合供应链上、下游，提高竞争力，应对当今激烈竞争的市场经济要求。为了使企业存活下来。要实行有效的供应商管理最为困难的事情是构筑供应链中组织间的协作关系,这意味着组织内部和组织间业务流程的整合,亦即通过信息系统以联盟和迅速市场的应对能力为基础,达成供应链组织间紧密的协作关系。

对于XX陶瓷的供应链研究基于其战略联盟之间的关系，SWOT分析和实例分析方法，运用文献研究法归纳出战略联盟的优缺点，再在前人研究的基上分析如何扬长避短。本文首先从XX陶瓷的概况，对其进行SWOT分析，通过SWOT分析，即优势、劣势、机会、威胁等各种情况，找出各种问题原因所在，再用供应链理论体系解决各种问题。并把供应商管理各要素汇入到供应链各环中，使物流，信息流，资金流得到快速运行。
