近年来,跟随着改革开放和社会主义市场经济发展的脚步,乡镇机关工作越来越得到政府部门的重视,基层秘书办公室在乡镇机关工作中的地位也有所提升,乡镇机关秘书工作千头万绪,秘书在工作中难免会遇到各种各样的问题,秘书队伍的建设直接影响到乡镇机关工作的效率和水平。但是,现实中的乡镇机关秘书队伍的工作现状不容乐观,还存在着一些问题,诸如秘书队伍年龄结构不合理、人员流动大、综合素质较低、工作效率低下、整体工作积极性不高等。所以对乡镇机关秘书队伍的研究显得尤为重要,且前人在此领域研究的方面比较局限且成果也不多,因而有必要对乡镇机关秘书队伍的现状进行调查研究,并提出改善问题的有效性措施。 本文以沭阳县乡镇机关秘书队伍为研究对象,旨在全面了解沭阳县乡镇机关秘书队伍的现状,根据调查研究的结果分析出当前乡镇机关秘书队伍建设方面存在的不足及其原因,提出改善上述问题的一些可行性建议和对策。通过必要的鼓励手段,促使秘书人员自主的深入学习,使乡镇机关领导能够高度重视秘书队伍的建设,使在职秘书能够注重自身工作能力的培养,达到提升乡镇机关秘书队伍综合素质的目的,让乡镇机关秘书队伍更好发挥参谋助手的作用,更好的服务群众。
