摘要：网络银行发展迅速，由于环境、起步等许多方面的原因，我国网络银行与国外发达国家的网络银行产生了巨大的差异。本文主要通过对比法，从网络银行发展的外在软硬件条件和自身的发展模式、业务范围、营销理念和人才引进等方面和国外发达国家的网络银行进行比较，对比得出我国网络银行存在的问题。同时本文根据结论对我国网络银行的发展提出了建议和对策。

Abstract: The development of the internet bank is rapidly, but cause many reasons such as situations, start-up and so on,which makes tremendous differences between our country and developed countries in the field of internet bank.This paper aims at finding out problems in our internet bank through comparative analysis, in the way of comparing the developed internet banks from outside hardware requirments and own development models, scopes of business,marketing concepts and brian gain of the internet bank development. And at the same time,this paper proposes some suggestions and strategies for our internet bank development according to the aboved conclusion.

　　相比于国外发达国家，我国的网络建设普遍存在覆盖率不够全面，网速相对较慢，网络吞吐能力有限等缺陷。虽然我国宽带用户数已经是全球第一，但仍处于“低速宽带”阶段，无论是宽带速率还是宽带家庭普及率与发达国家相比都存在一段距离。同时，我国宽带发展严重不平衡，东部宽带市场份额比中部和西部之和还多，东部的家庭宽带普及率也比中西部的高出相当大的比例。
