摘要:随着市场经济和现代企业制度的发展,人力资本成为企业最重要的资本,企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,培训的战略地位也越来越重要。培训可以帮助企业改进员工绩效、提升员工素质,进而为组织创造效益和争取竞争优势,最终实现企业和员工的共同发展。为有效开展培训工作和保证培训效果,建设完善的培训体系非常重要。 本文以AB公司为例,结合相关培训理论知识与公司的培训工作实际开展情况,使用5W2H的分析方法诊断AB公司在培训体系方面存在的问题,并有针对性地提出整改该公司培训体系的对策。在思考解决对策时,主要从培训体系的三个组成部分(制度、课程、讲师)出发,再根据诊断出的问题具体提出建议,最大限度地满足AB公司对员工培训的需求。 关键词:培训开发 管理诊断 培训需求
ABSTRACT:With the development of market economy and modern enterprise system, human capital has become the most important capital of enterprises;the competition between enterprises in the final analysis is the competition of talents, and training has an increasingly important strategic position. Training can help enterprises to improve employee performance, improve staff quality, and create economic benefits for the organization to gain the competitive advantage, and eventually realize the common development of enterprises and employees. It’s important to build a perfect training system to make the training work effectively and ensure the effectiveness of training. This paper takes AB Company as an example. Combing with relevant training theoretical knowledge and its training situation, this paper uses the 5W2H to diagnose problems that exist in the training system, and puts forward some corrective measures for the training system. This paper takes the three parts of training system (system, curriculum, lecturer) into account when thinking of countermeasures, and according to specific issues, the paper also provides specific recommendations, as to meet AB Company’s demand for staff training.
