摘要: 企业道德管理是以企业道德作为管理思想和管理理念，以企业道德规范作为管理方法和管理准则来进行企业管理。在现在的市场经济的大环境下，社会不仅要求企业提供合格的产品质量和满意的产品服务，对企业的道德管理层面的要求也日益增长。企业必须解决一些不道德行为，以便自身在经济全球化的趋势下，立于不败之地。目前我国企业中出现的道德问题，其主要原因是科学管理思想的局限性，企业家自身素质的不完善，企业内部伦理组织和道德教育的缺失。本文从ZARA质量门事件入手，分析其企业背后的道德缺失，以及道德缺失的成因，并提出解决企业道德缺失的途径。

Abstract: Corporate ethics management is based on corporate ethics as a management ideas and management concepts to a corporate code of ethics as a management methods and guidelines for the management to enterprise management.The market economy environment, requires not only provide qualified product quality and satisfied products and services, the growing demands on the moral level.Companies must address a number of unethical behavior for itself in the trend of economic globalization, and remain invincible。Ethical issues in China's enterprises, mainly because of the limitations of scientific management ideas, deletion of the imperfect quality of the entrepreneur, the organization of enterprise internal ethics and moral education. This article from ZARA quality door events, analyzes the enterprise behind the ethical shortcomings, as well as the causes of moral failure, and propose ways to address the lack of corporate ethics.

　 ZARA是西班牙Inditex集团旗下的一个子公司，它既是服装品牌，也是专营ZARA品牌服装的连锁零售品牌。1975年设立于西班牙的ZARA，隶属于Inditex集团，为全球排名第三、西班牙排名第一的服装商，在世界各地56个国家内，设立超过两千多家的服装连锁店。ZARA深受全球时尚青年的喜爱，设计师品牌的优异设计，价格却更为低廉，简单来说就是让平民拥抱High Fashion。作为全球“快时尚”风向标的国际巨头，ZARA在中国屡陷质量门，两年时间7次“上榜”。不过，对于检测的出现质量问题，ZARA中国公司方面一直以负责人开会或休假为由拒绝回应始终选择沉默应对，并至今没有对问题产品给出任何处理意见。本文便是从ZARA七陷质量门事件入手，分析企业道德管理失衡的原因，并提出加强企业道德管理的重要性，最后阐述改善企业道德管理的途径。
