摘要:本文基于供应商感知模型,建立了不对称信息下采购商与供应商关系的静态博弈模型,该博弈模型表明:双方能否合作不仅取决于成本和价格,更取决于双方在交易中的效用值,虽然采购商不愿意处于盘剥和躁扰象限,但却需要在不同的市场环境下作出不同的响应。同时本文对采购商基于供应定位模型迎接风险和挑战提出对策建议,从而实现最佳的供应关系管理。 关键词: 博弈论 静态贝叶斯 供应商感知模型 供应定位模型
Abstract: Basing on the Supplier procurement model, this paper establishes an asymmetric information static game model of buyers and suppliers’s relationship,.The game model shows that the two sides can cooperate not only depends on the costs and prices, but also depends on the utility value in the transaction,Although buyers do not want to in quadrant of exploitation and noise disturbance, they need to make different responses in different market environments. Meanwhile,basing on the Market management matrix,the paper gives suggestions for the risks and challenges, and then to achieve the best supply relationship management.
