摘  要：乡域经济是最小范围的区域经济，属于地域分工体系中的最基础性环节，是我国国民经济五级构架中的最基层，是国家经济政策和宏观调控最直接的平台。当前黄土高原乡域经济发展过程中，普遍存在着农业基础设施薄弱，工业发展水平低下，第三产业严重滞后等问题。本文以甘肃省平凉市崆峒区白庙乡为例，通过对白庙乡的区位条件，资源优劣分析，找出制约当地乡域经济发展的问题，从而探索当地乡域经济发展的途径。对白庙乡经济发展对策的探讨，不仅可以对当地经济的发展提供指导，而且对黄土高原其他乡域经济的开发可以提供相关范例，促进区域经济的发展，缩小东西差距。

Abstract:The rural domain is the least rang of regional economy , belonging to the basic part industrial district division system , which it is the bottom in five -stage national economy , and the directly platform of national economic policy and macro-control . Today there are some problems in the development of  the rural domain in Huangshan mountain plateau , such as agricultural infrastructure is weak , the level of industry development is low and service sector is very serious lag . This article takes Baimiao Village Kongtong District Pingliang Municipality Gansu Provice as an example . Find the problems that limit the rural domain development in oder to find the right process to promote the local development by analyzing geographic conditions and  the strengths and weaknesses of the resource .To discuss the strategy about the Baimiao Village development , it is not only to provide the instruction of local economy , but also set an example to other parts in Huangshan Mountain Plateau to promote the regional economy development and narrow the gap between east and west areas.
