摘要：水上旅游近年来得到蓬勃发展，苏州作为一座“东方水城”有着开展水上旅游的优越条件。但目前，苏州古城区内的水上旅游项目只有护城河水上游一项，且开发层次较低。本文针对苏州护城河旅游的资源和开发现状进行分析，找出制约护城河水上游可持续发展的问题，并提出可行的解决方案。

Abstract: Aquatic tourism has been booming in recent years. Suzhou which called “Oriental Venice” has lots of advantages to launch aquatic tourism. But now, aquatic tourism over the moat is the only project in the region of Suzhou. What's worse, the developing level of moat tourism is low. This paper is going to analyze the present situation of Suzhou moat and its tourism resources. The dissertation identifies the constraints on the sustainable development of aquatic tourism over the moat and provides some feasible solutions.
