摘要：人口老龄化是人类社会发展的历史必然，中国人口老龄化进程从上世纪末开始，南京市作为中国第一批进入人口老龄化社会的城市有着其独有的特征和发展历程。本文首先通过对中国人口老龄化的发展状况进行概述，进而通过南京市人口普查数据对于南京市人口老龄化的现状及特征分析，剖析南京在老龄化社会中所面临的问题，并针对问题提出政策建议。

Abstract：Population aging is an inevitable historical development of human society, China's population aging process starts from the end of last century, China's first batch of Nanjing as an aging population into urban society has its unique characteristics and development process. Firstly, China's aging population through the development of an overview, and then through Nanjing, Nanjing census data for an aging population and the characteristics of the current situation,and analysis of Nanjing in an aging society in the face of problems and propose policies for the problem recommendations.
